Friday Five

Freshly planted flowers
Another week in the books.

It's been a pretty uneventful past few days, but I'm looking forward to my Mom's return from India this weekend - partially because it means my Dad and I are off of dinner duty (I've been taking the reins on the salad prep and running away from any and all dirty dishes).

I'll be headed to D.C. tomorrow and plan on hitting the road 4:30 p.m. on the dot. I'll be visiting my law school friend Alex who is spending her 3L spring semester there and seeing Natalia who's flying in from Madison. While I'm appreciative of the few scattered friends I do have in the NJ and NYC area, I couldn't be more excited to reunite with my group.

Until next Friday, all! Have a great weekend, especially if you are Saini, Shyam and Natalia who will be celebrating their birthdays this Sunday. Happy birthday!

Aptly named lunch spot near the courthouse

Interesting (albeit creepy) basement bathroom decor

Crispy duck tacos and creamy mac & cheese

Planning outfits for D.C.!
